This is the Pickled Walnut Syrian Restaurant, owned by Ahmad Mohamad who also owns Beetroot cafe at number 166 and Pomegranate at number 126 Cowley Road [1]. It opened in 2016 after an extensive refurbishment of the former Mirch Masala.

This was the Mirch Masala Indian restaurant.
A photo of 1984 shows the Khyber restaurant in right hand half of this frontage.[2]
