March 2018 The unit next to Majliss is just opening as Percy's café which is also in the Iffley Road. This now seems closed May 2018. March 2019 420 Skatestore has opened here after being at several other addresses in the Cowley Road. The next unit from Percy's is Qtea bubble tea shop. April 2018 the rest of the shop is now Steam vape shop
