A photo of April 1976 in Marilyn Yurdan's "The Changing Faces of the Cowley Road" shows the sign spelt Elderado.Kelly's Directory 1972 to 1976 No 27a Simon C Martin (Simon was a second hand goods dealer and involved in local politics). He was listed at 27a in Thomsons Directory 1991. I think Elderado was his shop
