The Maroc Deli occupies the ground floor, selling a range of fresh veg and Moroccan specialties. At the back of the shop is a meat counter and help-yourself olive bar. Its newish blue sign uses the distinctive [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comic_Sans Comic Sans] typeface (incidentally, designed two years after the deli originally opened). To the left of the Maroc Deli sign can still be seen a sign in the brickwork "Circus Terrace" presumably dating back to the building of Nos 56 to 66 (hard to see in photo on right).
