During the refit in preparation for opening, an intriguing sign for 'R.A. Neville: Dispensing Chemist' was revealed and remains visible, with the current business name printed modestly on the window glass.

The Door 74 restaurant occupied this building for at least a decade before closing in 2016.[2]

1976 - ?2000s

Kelly's Directory 1976 No 74 M Wheeler, motor cycle dealer, also in Thomsons Directory 1998. Many listings sites show this as Mike Wheeler Motorcycles.
