The Alamir Store Middle Eastern deli has been going strong at thisaddress for around 8 years. Its window displays are always crammed withtrays of Baklava and other treats, with wooden crates of fruit and vegoutside.

Upstairs it retains the original, delicate sash windows which used to bevisible next door at [[76|76]] before replacement with double glazing.

Uniikki clothes shop, run by Raija. See Isolarion by James Attlee "OfMusic and Cannibalism". Founded in 1995 by Bridget Wheatley (see No [[38|38]])

Rainbows End comic book store. (Thomsons Directory 1984 No 78, 1991 No78a.) This was originally part of WS Cooke and Sons refurbishers, which isstill open in the back part of the same building on Temple Street.
