This was the Crystal Fish Bar, a classic fish and chip shop. Particularly popular for it's Streetfighter 2 arcade machine. Queues of folks would build up to challenge each other with a winner stays on policy! There is a sweet recollection of trips to Crystal to play streetfighter in this blog.
